SATURDAY MORNING AT 8AM ONLY

You go to the gym to get fit and lose that fat that’s been bothering you for a while now. You go every day and spend 45 minutes on the treadmill, then a few minutes picking up some weights.

It works at first, but then things slow down, and then stop all together.

It’s time to change the way you train

Intense Cardio Exercise, or I.C.E. is a science-based approach that maximizes fitness and increases fat loss! The research behind I.C.E. principles show you can burn up to 3 times more fat during cardio exercise!

  • Sessions are structured to maximise fat loss.
  • All sessions cater for all fitness levels and all abilities. You are only competing against yourself or the clock.
  • No equipment required!
  • Workouts are kept short and sharp for maximum effort in minimal time
  • We exercise together for motivation & support
  • Our Saturday morning class is usually a core and ab focussed class to compliment FIRE.
  • $10 a class, pay as you go!

Group fitness is available both in the studio and online via Zoom. Places in the studio are strictly limited so book your place now!
