Count Calories and Macros? No thanks!

Put your hand up if you count calories?

Put your hand up if you monitor your macros every day?

Put your hand up if you have no idea what macros are?

Okay everyone, hands down. The simple fact is, there is no need to count calories, or points, or track macros.

The “diet” industry makes it sound way more complicated than it needs to be.

“If you want results you need to restrict yourself to X number of calories per day.”

“If you want results you need to have a breakdown of A% carbs, B% protein and C% fats.”

If you know HOW to eat, and HOW to make better choices, there’s no need to count calories, or track macros. It just happens.
